SHIPPING CHARGES ARE CALCULATED BY OUR STAFF AFTER YOUR ORDER IS PLACED
All prices on our site are in United States Dollars. Prices are subject to
change without notice (thanks to USPS and it's rising prices). Regardless, once you have selected an item and added it to your order you will
be supplied that item at the price quoted (for all in-stock products).
Shipping is charged as follows:
- COMPACT DISCS & CASSETTES: Within the US and Canada for first CD/cassette shipping is
$4.50, each additional CD is $.50 cents.
- WORLDWIDE for the first
CD/cassette shipping is $8.00, each additional CD is $1.
- 7"/45's, VIDEOS, DVD'S & PRESS KITS: Within US and Canada shipping is $6.00 for the
first item and $1.00 for each additional item depending on what it is. WORLDWIDE shipping is double US rates.
- POSTERS: Within the US and Canada shipping is $7.00 for the first item and $1.00 for
each additional. WORLDWIDE shipping is double US rates. We pack your poster(s) in super
heavy-duty tubes.
- LP's/12"s/10"s: Within the US shipping is $6.00 for the first item sent via Media Rate Service
8-14 days travel time or $10.00 for Priority Service 2-3 days travel time. Each
additional item (LP/12"/10") Media Service is $.50 and for Priority Service $1.00
per additional item.
- To: Canada for the first LP/12"/10" shipping will be $10.00 and
$1.00 for each additional item (LP/12"/10".)
- To: UK, Europe & The Americas shipping
is $17.00 for the first item sent via Regular Airmail service and $1.00 each additional item (LP/12"/10").
- To: Pacific Rim (Japan, Australia, New Zealand etc.) shipping will be
$18.00 for the first item and $1.00 for each additonal (LP/12"/10").
- OVERSIZED and ODD SHAPED ITEMS: Items of this nature will be calculated
after your oder and after we have properly packed, weighed and measured
it.
Insurance will be added to all US orders as follows, NO EXCEPTIONS:
- Under $50 - optional additional $1.65 (Insurance is cheap so don't be cheap !!!)
- $50 to $100 - additional $2.05
- $100.01 to 200 - additional $2.65
- $200.01 to 300 - additional $3.65
- $300.01 to 400 - additional $4.65
- $400.01 to 500 - additional $5.65
- $500.01 to 600 - additional $6.65
CANADA orders OVER $75.00 ALL orders MUST go
by US Registered Airmail or Express Mail Service (EMS). For Registered Airmail order
total weight must not be over 4 lbs. Registered Mail is calculated at normal rates plus
$10.15
WORLDWIDE where order value exceeds $75.00 ALL orders MUST
go by Registered Airmail or Express Airmail (EMS). Registered Mail is calculated at normal rates plus $10.15.
Usually EMS is only $8-10 usd more the Registered Airmail and delivered in 4-5 days
instead of 10-14 days.
Rates vary upon destination, please email/call/fax us for a price quote or we will
assume you are ok with our choices. Unfortunately the US Postal Service is very
expensive and we try to keep charges to a minimum. EMS rates are approximately
between $25.00 - $38.00 usd depending on what item(s) your are sending etc. It is
calculated by weight and the more you have, the more the cost.
DUTIES and TAXES: When ordering from outside the USA please note that ALL
customs duties, taxes, delivery surcharges, VAT, etc., are your responsibility.
Southland CD is in no way responsible for any charges incurred by any delivery
or governmental organization involved in process or receipt of your order.
If you have special instructions for sending items to avoid customs
duties and taxes in your country please let us know. Please let us know the value you
would like placed on your parcel in the comments section when ordering. Please be aware that Southland
CD is NOT responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged that have been sent
under-value by the customer's instruction.
